"ALAAP-ALOCHANA" 8-SUB GROUPS FORMED TO AVOIDPOPULATION EXPLOSION: CM

Assam Government will form 8-subgroups in respect to overview and avoid Population Explosion in the state, announced Assam Chief Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma after meeting 150-Muslim Intellectuals today.

The Chief Minister said these sub-groups will submit a report in the next 3-months. Following that, Assam Government will create a roadmap to avoid Population Explosion, for the next 5-years.

The 8-subgroups will look individually at,
👉 Health,
👉 Education,
👉 Population Stabilisation,
👉 Cultural Identities,
👉 Financial Inclusion,
👉 Women Empowerment,
👉 Skill Development;

Today, the meeting of the Chief Minister was held between Indigenous Muslims of Assam. No Muslim Political bodies or leaders were part of it.

Soon, the Chief Minister will meet the East Bengal Muslim Community as well, as both the communities have distinct cultural differences, said the Chief Minister.
